A Road Win in Denver moves Lakers into 19 Games Over .500

Kobe's 14 point 3rd Claims to be the Big Blow!

The Lakers headed into Denver friday night to play the Nuggets and the league pop star Carmelo Anthony. A game the Lakers needed badly for their fans and for their image throughout the NBA this season. L.A. would push through in the third quarter with the help of Kobe Bryant's 14 point explosion in the quarter. The 107-97 win was only the Laker's second road win against a team with a winning record this year and improves their record to (32-13) on the year. Ron Artest was able to limit Carmelo Anthony to only 23 points on a night where he shot 10-24 from the field. A win like this makes you wonder how they were able to look so awful in Dallas Wednesday night. Up next for the Lakers are the Utah Jazz wednesday night at home.
